RETURNS POLICY

If you have any problem with your purchase, we’re here to help.

PLEASE NOTE: SLOW INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMES DUE TO CORONAVIRUS HAS LED TO PEOPLE REQUESTING REFUNDS BECAUSE THEIR DELIVERY TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED. IN LIGHT OF LIFE’S CHALLENGING CIRCUMSTANCES ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS FOR REFUNDS ARE ACCEPTED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. WE LOOK FORWARD TO OUR RETURNS POLICY RETURNING TO NORMAL SOON. ALL INFORMATION BELOW IS CURRENTLY INVALID UNTIL THIS NOTICE IS REMOVED.

Your products can be returned or swapped within 30 days of receiving your order. If you want to return your products for a refund the policy is super easy:

  • Return your products to the address below within 30 days of receipt.
  • The product is unused, has the foil security seal intact, and undamaged.

  • Return using a postal service that gives you tracking information. This is for each other’s benefit.

  • The onus of return is on you. If we don’t receive your return your tracking information when sending is valuable proof. 

Only returned items will be refunded – no exceptions.
  • Bottles opened by customs officials are not judged as damaged in transit, and not eligible for replacement.
  • Once your return is processed your refund will be issued 1 – 3 business days.
  • Please contact postmaster@advancedfertilitysolutions.com prior to returning your items notifying us of your intent.

Special circumstances where refunds are refused.

We do the right thing and send your order and provide the tracking information. You too can do the right thing, if you want your money back, send the products back first. This policy is the standard procedure for the world over. We do not make exceptions to this rule.

  • You MUST NOT refuse delivery and return to the sender – this will invalidate your refund instantly. Please be clear about that.

  • The product was not purchased using a discount code or during a sale.

We will not issue a refund while your order is in transit.
  • Those who wish to leverage the PayPal or banking system to launch a refund claim without contacting us, or returning their order first will not be eligible for returned goods to be refunded at the conclusion of the case.
  • The reason is that PayPal can take up to 90 days to conclude a case, the banking system up to 5 months to decide a case.  
  • We can make a refund happen in a much swifter and amicable way if you return your products. This type of refund policy is standard the world over. We appreciate your understanding and consideration. 
Changes to delivery times in the ongoing Covid-19 world.
Shutdowns, lockdown, and closures are redefining our normal lives.
As a result of Covid-19 public safety measures, nothing is working the way it used to.
  • Expectations we had a few months ago don’t match what anything we are currently experiencing.
  • Realizing that this affects delivery times is also a part of this new reality.
  • While the globe struggles to adapt to these changes, it is reasonable to expect people and businesses are doing what they can under the circumstances.
  • No-one knows when things are going to return to normal. Likewise, delivery companies, nor me, can tell you when precisely your order will arrive: only to expect it to arrive as soon as they can.
  • Like you, as governments, authorities, and businesses move towards a new reality, we are looking forward to services returning to normal.
  • For now, we cannot give any accurate estimates when your order will arrive, only that it will arrive.
Your understanding and patience in this matter are greatly appreciated.

Purchased products that do not meet these criteria are not eligible for refund or return.

Important: Any order that is refused delivery, and is sent back to China, instead of the address above, is not eligible for a refund.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Advanced Fertility Solutions.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items can be refunded.
