Dosage: Take 3 capsules from Regulate the menses and 2 capsules from MaybeBaby 1 twice per day with food.
If your periods because dark or purple before stopping all together please use the Restart the Period II combination.

Start taking your formulas as soon as they arrive, what day of the month you begin is not important for these formulas.
Please take 3 capsules from Regulate the Period and 2 capsules from MaybeBaby 1 twice per day with food.
Drink with warm water to wash them down and dissolve into your system as fast as possible.
Please take your formulas with or very close to food.
